"I had a great experience at Perfect Image! I called about a tight hoop I had placed in my helix piercing, which was originally done at another place, and they answered right away with the price. There was a bit of a wait, but they gave me an estimated time, which I appreciated. Tony, the piercer, removed the hoop without any pain and put back my original stud. He provided thorough aftercare instructions, explained the inflammation, and advised on when to switch to a shorter flat back and eventually a hoop. He even checked my other piercings from a different place and offered helpful advice. Tony also shared his Instagram for follow-ups, which was a nice touch!"

"Went in with my Mom for some piercings. All the staff were super friendly! Went over jewelry options from basic to upgrades. Aftercare is available for purchase. Great selection of jewelry. Tony was incredible! Polite, patient, and professional! I had hoped to get a tragus piercing but have a super small and shallow tragus. They explained why it was not a good idea and what could happen. Suggested alternatives. My Mom got her daith, and I got my nose and rook. It was my Moms first experience, and she felt very comfortable! Given the fact we got 3 piercings and jewelry, the price was not bad at all. All in all absolutely recommend!!
